For Playboy‘s first-ever app rollout, I scored the plum assignment of writing about one of my very favorite cities: Portland, Maine. Locating afterhours hot spots in a town with a 1 a.m. last call required some creativity, but otherwise I might never have met Jim Harkins, shark hunter.
